Rust in Peace was recorded back in 1990 and to this very day, it remains one of the most important album in Megadeth catalog. Besides that, it also qualifies as one of the most important an influential thrash metal albums ever. Dave Mustaine and Dean Guitars pay a tribute to this awesome album with a guitar named Dave Mustaine V - Rust in Peace. It is a solid-bodied V-shaped guitar made of mahogany. It features the custom graphic on it`s top. Graphic is taken from the album front cover. Bridge section features the tune-o-matic bridge with string-through construction. Seymour Duncan Live Wire humbuckers are installed in it`s front. Set in mahogany neck sports the series standard D contour in the back and a 24-fret ebony fingerboard on top.
