Back in the 1970s, when B. C. Rich was starting out, virtually every other brand was either copying, or based their models on Fender and Gibson models. B. C. Rich chose a bold and hard path, embracing originality and modern styling. One of the models which put B. C. Rich on the world guitar map was the BICH, a double-cut guitar which was the most extreme looking axe of it`s time. Today, this series is still modern and edgy. Pro X Bich is a carved-top double-cut with classic BICH body, 24-5/8" scale, 24-fret fingerboard and through-body maple neck. Body wings are made of mahogany. Gold-plated tune-o-matic bridge is fronted by a pair of EMG (81 & 60) humbuckers. Maple neck is topped with a 24-fret ebony fingerboard.

I've had a Pro X Bich for a few months now. It was an addition to my BC Rich stable, comprising of a 90 USA made Bich, 86 USA made Mockingbird, 80 Usa Made Mockingbird Supreme, 77 USA made MockingBird Supreme koa and a 79 Japanese made BC Rico Eagle. So I have allot of good knowledge of them and how they should feel be ect…. and it was well done, they said it right with them paying homage to the Extreme quality guitars they made in the past. Quality wise, the frets are perfect, tone incredible, neck is as fast as any of my others. Does it match their quality, no but it's dam close for made in Korea
