Mockingbird was one of the original B.C. Rich designs which helped put the company on its feet back in the 70s. Today, some forty years later, Mockingbird concept is still one of the premier and most popular B.C. Rich designs. Mockingbird Polarity Standard is a very affordable ($399) electroacoustic guitar. It rocks chambered mahogany body in combination with a bolt-on neck also made of mahogany. The only color option available is the smooth Black with high gloss finish and black hardware. 24-fret rosewood fingerboard sits atop the C-shaped neck. Combined electronics unit brings two BDSM humbuckers in their standard positions and an under-saddle transducer pickup. Combined controls unit incorporates both the humbucker controls and acoustic preamp. Acoustic bridge and die-cast tuners complete the specs list.
