In the new and reorganized catalog, Mk9 is Bc Rich`s second most expensive series. It contains two models, a Warlock and a Mockingbird. Both feature pretty much the same specs as their Mk11 counterparts, but with hardtail bridges instead of locking ones.
Mk9 Warlock sports simple & straightforward construction and classic BC Rich styling. Cherry Burst is the only available color option (w/gloss finish and chrome hardware). Core construction features include solid mahogany wings (no top, visible grain), mahogany neck (three-piece neck, through-body construction, heel-less design), and rosewood fingerboard (24 jumbo frets, 25-1/2" scale, 1.65" wide string nut, 13.75" radius, diamond inlays).
Main hardware and electronics features include a classic Quadmatic hardtail bridge (one-piece bridge), die-cast tuners and DiMarzio pickups.
