Exotic Classic Assassin is a good guitar. Slight disproportions in price vs. quality/features should never stop you from trying this guitar. B.C. Rich did put a lot of effort into this instrument and it deserves to be tested. If you find that it suits your playing style, go for it - you won't be sorry.

B.C. Rich didn't go over the top with a set of features that make the Exotic Classic Assassin what it is: a guitar that will do the job, but won't thrill you with its limited features. However, it won't let you down if you feel you can get along with what's provided. You can try and search for better solutions, but still, B.C. Rich's Exotic Classic Assassin will deliver what you need in most situations.

If you try playing Exotic Classic Assassin after an average guitar, it becomes obvious that this B.C. Rich deserves to be proud of making it sound so beautifully. It delivers great tone when plugged in to most amps and, versatile as it is, it will allow you to find your own tone that you will be proud of as well. B.C. Rich's Exotic Classic Assassin is surely a world class sounding instrument.

Another reliable model from B.C. Rich brings us to a guitar that handles well and plays well. Finish doesn't feel bad at all, and the hardware is good. It stays in tune for most of the time, so if you take the time to adjust the action & pickups the way you want them, you will feel comfortable while playing Exotic Classic Assassin.

This guitar will hold on really well as it is built well. Not to be battered as it is not the ultimate gigging tool; still, Exotic Classic Assassin will perform OK in most live situations. You might feel that it will let you down in you hour of need, but in reality this guitar will do just well.
