Clutch is one of the models from the Mayhem series with more conventional design and construction, It comes with a modern double-cut body made of alder. There is no top wood cover for this six-string axe. Mainly, this model, with it`s simple and straightforward styling, is oriented towards metal players who are searching for affordable guitars with modern styling and decent tone. This one is available in black with high gloss finish and black hardware. There are three pickups installed on the top of this model and they are installed in classic HSS pattern. These passive pickups feature the series standard set of controls, which includes master volume, master tone and five-position blade switch. 24-fret rosewood fingerboard is installed on top of the maple neck.
