02 is the basic tier of Aria`s Class Axe series, with 05 and 9 being positioned above it, respectively. 02 models come in with active electronics, 24-fret fingerboards and Aria hardware. Black and White colors are usually available for 02 models.
XV-02 is one of two models of the 02 tier. It rocks the asymmetrical V body and a bolt-on neck. The body`s made of basswood, while the neck`s made of maple, one of Aria`s favorite combinations. The neck is fast and slim and has a 25-fret rosewood fingerboard on its top. Pickups department is equipped with Duncan Designed HB-105 humbuckers and basic controls. Other important appointments and features include a stock hardtail bridge and a set of die-cast tuners.
