Class Axe series features eight models in its current lineup. XP designation is saved for LP-shaped guitars and only two models have it - XP-05 and XP-9. Both are metal oriented axes, with 25-1/2" scales, active pickups and 24-fret fingerboards. Class Axe XP-05 kicks off with a solid and carved mahogany body and set-in maple neck. The body features elegant black/white binding (depending on the color option) around the top. The neck is attached through a heel-less joint and rocks a super fast back contour. 24-fret fingerboard on its top is decorated with a pair of crossed axes at the 12th fret. EMG`s 81/85 set guarantees a true metal growl. String-through TOM bridge and die-cast tuners complete the specs list.
