I bought this guitar last year and it is wonderful. Great sound and looks! I play alternative music, rock, and jazz. And, this guitar is a killer for every style I play, whether I play mellow jazz or kick ass rock!

I chose this guitar instead of a Gretsch G5120 because I had already own 2 Korean Electromatics before. Even if these Aria guitars do not proudly display the Gretsch logo, I must they they are at least as goos for the woodwork, and for me they are more versatile and sound better. For a traditional jazz tone, you have to roll back the tone knob on the neck pickup almost all the way down. With all pots cranked up, the sound is sparkling, I usually need to tweak down the trebles on the amp a little. All I can say is that with the split switch allowing to get a fat singlecoil tone, (the volume gets significantly down when you do that), it's just the most versatile hollow-body I ever I, and a had or played many. The neck is just perfect for my hand. Unless you play with ultra high gain (for which you would certainly chose another guitar), the feedback will not bother you. I am lucky these guitars are not famous and underrated, because it keeps the price in the cool affordable range (under 500€).
