A bit more features for the price asked is what most musicians would like to see from Yamaha's PAC112J. Whether it's the quality of craftsmanship, or the price, musicians don't seem to like what Yamaha offered with PAC112J.

Some say that the average is golden, and maybe that is true for Yamaha's PAC112J as well. There are musicians who would like to see more features on PAC112J, but Yamaha felt that PAC112J provides enough features for a given price and the market that Yamaha aims for. Perhaps there are better equipped guitars then this one, but PAC112J will deliver what it's built for.

Though it could be better, action of Yamaha's PAC112J is not that bad at all. It may go out of tune when mistreated, but it's easily tuned back in no time. You won't be let down while playing PAC112J's neck. Guitar does feel a bit cheaper, but it will last you a long time, if you handle it with care that each instrument should be getting anyhow.

Some might say that Yamaha didn't go all the way in providing a reliable and durable instrument, but PAC112J isn't that bad. It will serve you well most of times, though you should be wary and have backups in situations where you feel PAC112J might let you down, such as gigs and studio sessions.
