Another fine instrument made by Washburn. WV 40 is a good guitar that handless well both live and in studio. There are better choices, but those cost significantly more. You should investigate WV 40 to see if it fits your needs.

Washburn went really far in carefully choosing WV 40's features. There's little to be wished for, which makes WV 40 a full-featured guitar for a musician that plays a music style this instrument is primarily built for. If you decide to go for Washburn's WV 40 you will be happy with its, safe to say - rich features. A job well-done by WV 40.

Washburn did a good job. WV 40 is built well, the finish feels just right, the hardware is solid. While playing for a longer periods of time you can expect WV 40 to stay in tune and you will be pleased while playing, because the neck is extremely comfortable. You might find that over time metal parts will oxidize a bit, but that's normal and nothing to worry about. Washburn did a really good job with WV 40 guitar.

Playing live, WV 40 will perform well and will not let you down. It is fairly reliable instrument both in studio and on stage, and will be a long term companion, as it is built to last. Washburn has made a solid instrument that you will be happy with, and can depend on right from the start. Needs no backup as it has proven to be built really well.
