Taylor's Builder's Reserve SB-BR1 is fairly good guitar. Not a brilliant one, but Builder's Reserve SB-BR1 will serve you until you decide it's time to go for a bit more expensive guitar. You will not go wrong if you go ahead with Builder's Reserve SB-BR1.

Some say that the average is golden, and maybe that is true for Taylor's Builder's Reserve SB-BR1 as well. There are musicians who would like to see more features on Builder's Reserve SB-BR1, but Taylor felt that Builder's Reserve SB-BR1 provides enough features for a given price and the market that Taylor aims for. Perhaps there are better equipped guitars then this one, but Builder's Reserve SB-BR1 will deliver what it's built for.

You can plug this baby into a toaster and, God knows, maybe it would sound as great as it does with any other amp. Seriously, Taylor made a Builder's Reserve SB-BR1, a terrific sounding instrument that deserves all the praise it can get. There is simply no need to change any stock-provided parts built into this axe, as it sounds professional all the way. Taylor's Builder's Reserve SB-BR1 is a flawlessly sounding instrument.

Though it could be better, action of Taylor's Builder's Reserve SB-BR1 is not that bad at all. It may go out of tune when mistreated, but it's easily tuned back in no time. You won't be let down while playing Builder's Reserve SB-BR1's neck. Guitar does feel a bit cheaper, but it will last you a long time, if you handle it with care that each instrument should be getting anyhow.

Some might say that Taylor didn't go all the way in providing a reliable and durable instrument, but Builder's Reserve SB-BR1 isn't that bad. It will serve you well most of times, though you should be wary and have backups in situations where you feel Builder's Reserve SB-BR1 might let you down, such as gigs and studio sessions.
