Have you seen and heard this guitar in action? If you did, then you know that it's well worth the price. Schecter created a great sounding guitar, which Porl Thompson certainly is. Not only it sounds well, but also performs and handles really nice. Another must-have from Schecter!

Features of Schecter's Porl Thompson put this instrument in the top of the heap. Most guitar players feel that this instrument deserves the highest grade possible, and that should be enough to assure you check out Porl Thompson to be your guitar of choice. Schecter did a great job by carefully choosing and fine tuning Porl Thompson's features!

Porl Thompson is a guitar that looks great and feels great while playing. Top quality finish is what gives Porl Thompson its expensive look and totally great feel while playing. Action is great and easily adjustable and top quality hardware will not let you down. Schecter's reputation grows with Porl Thompson guitar. This guitar is definitely worth keeping.

If you need an instrument that withstands live performances and studio sessions, rehearsals and practicing, you should rest assured that Schecter's Porl Thompson is the right choice. This instrument is definitely built to last and will do so , through fire and flames. 24 3/4 scale neck semi hollow body that is based on the Gibson ES-335 . Fitted with Duncan Designed Humbuckers ( SD 59 variants ) with coil tap for both pickups . Special paint and ebony fret board . Bigsby B70 vibrato , Grover tuners .

When I recieved this guitar and cracked it out the box I was just blown away . It looks much much better in person . Very detailed and the quality is spot on. Right out the box all it needed was to be tuned . The setup was superb . Soundwise I was expecting okay with the Duncan Designed pickups . They will not need to be replaced . They sound excellent . With coil tap the tone is just amazingly similar to a Filtertron through my HotRod DeVille 212 . With a non bias opinion this guitar certainly deserves a 10.

For the value it's great . If anything I wished it came with real Duncan 59s however the Duncan Designs are just as well which was surprising . When you see the price ( $899USD) it seems high for a Schecter Corsair but when you see the attention to detail that is involved in this thing it will justify the price . The design appears to be hand painted and sealed and the the truss rod cover is hand engraved ( you can see the light shavings ) . If this guitar was ever stolen or destroyed I'd certianly find another one .

Staggering . Between the craftsmanship and playability to the pricepoint it is just amazing . I never expected this kind of quality from a Korean made guitar or from Schecter in general . I was so impressed with the quality of the Schecter I bought an Ultracure shortly after .

My guitar has the default frets, strings, everything. Still sounds great and handles well.

Exceptionally well. I won't lie... i bought this thing on impusle which probably wasnt a good idea, but after i plugged in it for the first time, I quickly changed my mind.

Guitar was a lil expensive, but money cant compare this feeling I get when I play this bad boy.

Love this guitar, hands down. Yea i spent 900 bucks on it but still, very worth it.
