There are better guitars then Generation Custom EX but it feels like that Generation Custom EX is truly a very good guitar in its price range. Peavey could've maybe invested a bit more into Generation Custom EX development phase and that would make Generation Custom EX awesome, but it's by no means a bad guitar as it is.

This guitar is fitted with all the features you could possibly wish for, for a playing style that goes with this kind of instrument. Carefully chosen features leave no guitar player's desire unfulfilled, which makes Peavey's Generation Custom EX an extremely well featured guitar with which you'll be thoroughly pleased.
