Paul Reed Smith's SC 250 Flame Maple is fairly good guitar. Not a brilliant one, but SC 250 Flame Maple will serve you until you decide it's time to go for a bit more expensive guitar. You will not go wrong if you go ahead with SC 250 Flame Maple.

Some say that the average is golden, and maybe that is true for Paul Reed Smith's SC 250 Flame Maple as well. There are musicians who would like to see more features on SC 250 Flame Maple, but Paul Reed Smith felt that SC 250 Flame Maple provides enough features for a given price and the market that Paul Reed Smith aims for. Perhaps there are better equipped guitars then this one, but SC 250 Flame Maple will deliver what it's built for.

SC 250 Flame Maple guitar is an instrument that will sound great plugged in any amplifier, and has gained respect from many guitar players, mostly because of its tone. With Paul Reed Smith's SC 250 Flame Maple you can play various music styles easily and yet you can build your own recognizable tone without breaking a sweat.

Though it could be better, action of Paul Reed Smith's SC 250 Flame Maple is not that bad at all. It may go out of tune when mistreated, but it's easily tuned back in no time. You won't be let down while playing SC 250 Flame Maple's neck. Guitar does feel a bit cheaper, but it will last you a long time, if you handle it with care that each instrument should be getting anyhow.

Some might say that Paul Reed Smith didn't go all the way in providing a reliable and durable instrument, but SC 250 Flame Maple isn't that bad. It will serve you well most of times, though you should be wary and have backups in situations where you feel SC 250 Flame Maple might let you down, such as gigs and studio sessions.
