Steve Morse is one of the most prominent guitarist`s guitarists. He is the most appreciated players among his colleagues. Steve`s contributions to Deep Purple in post-Ritchie Blackmore era are immeasurable. He`s practically been the driving force of the band. Steve`s signature series currently has only two models and Y2D is one of them. It comes with a standard double-cut body made of poplar back and quilt maple top. DiMarzio DP-200 Morse Signature is in the bridge, custom wound single-coil in the middle and DP-205 Morse signature is in the neck position. Master volume, master tone and a five-position blade switch complete the electronics unit. Floyd Rose bridge is installed in the back. V-shaped maple neck is bolted to the body and topped with a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard.
