22 fret neck-thru body
SH2 and TB4 Seymour Duncan humbuckers
2 Volume, 1 Tone and 3 way toggle pickup selector
Tune-o-matic Bridge with string through body construction
Right off of the show room floor it is like a Lamborgini ... Flawless. I play lots of metal and blues but occassionally i play light rock and i like clean intros on my songs and between the SH2 and the TB4 you can effortlessly milk the tone out of the guitar ... like all Jackson's you are capable of getting amazingly low action and it makes it effortless to play and the frets take a beating yet i have barely put wear in them
How Much Does A Great Gibson Cost?
one that has a 70s style slimline neck ... aka a custom or an antique ... im guessing over 6000
and from Jackson its about $900-1400 (depending on store, i recommend www.musiciansfriend.com) which would you rather have an expensive glued on neck guitar or a very well priced one peice neck
Jackson makes the best guitars in my opinion
I'll give this guitar a 10 in everything. Face it, this guitar rocks allot more than the Les Paul. Its' sound is for today's dynamic music. Not taking credit away from LP, but Jackson is much better for rock.
Excellent quality in build (Flawless). Comes ready to play out of the box.
