Ibanez's GB15 is fairly good guitar. Not a brilliant one, but GB15 will serve you until you decide it's time to go for a bit more expensive guitar. You will not go wrong if you go ahead with GB15.

Some say that the average is golden, and maybe that is true for Ibanez's GB15 as well. There are musicians who would like to see more features on GB15, but Ibanez felt that GB15 provides enough features for a given price and the market that Ibanez aims for. Perhaps there are better equipped guitars then this one, but GB15 will deliver what it's built for.

If you try playing GB15 after an average guitar, it becomes obvious that this Ibanez deserves to be proud of making it sound so beautifully. It delivers great tone when plugged in to most amps and, versatile as it is, it will allow you to find your own tone that you will be proud of as well. Ibanez's GB15 is surely a world class sounding instrument.

Though it could be better, action of Ibanez's GB15 is not that bad at all. It may go out of tune when mistreated, but it's easily tuned back in no time. You won't be let down while playing GB15's neck. Guitar does feel a bit cheaper, but it will last you a long time, if you handle it with care that each instrument should be getting anyhow.

Some might say that Ibanez didn't go all the way in providing a reliable and durable instrument, but GB15 isn't that bad. It will serve you well most of times, though you should be wary and have backups in situations where you feel GB15 might let you down, such as gigs and studio sessions.
