Not a very good choice, Ibanez didn't hit the target with ADC120. A lots of features missing or not done the way most musicians would like, and the price is not attracting people to buy this guitar either.

Ibanez could throw in a bit more features into ADC120 but this guitar is definitely a usable musical instrument. Whether it's the price cut, or Ibanez felt that simplicity is a good way to go, ADC120 is built with a limited set of features, so one needs see if it fits the need. Not the best equipped instrument, but ADC120 will do well for some musicians.

You could find a better fitted guitar, but ADC120 is ready to be played by any musician willing to take time and adjust it to his/her needs. Ibanez built a guitar that has nice finish but it lacks something that would make it feel even better. Guitar stays in tune reasonably well, if you don't force it too much, and the ADC120's neck is playable.

If you're happy with Ibanez's ADC120 overall performance and characteristics, you can consider it to be a replacement guitar for your gigs. Even if used as only guitar ADC120 will perform, but don't overrate it and always try and find a backup. It is a solid guitar that will last long and perform well if you treat it right.
