It feels that Hagstrom could have done better with Deluxe Left Handed, but still, this is a useful musical instrument. You should really give Deluxe Left Handed a chance if you feel that this is a right instrument for you in this moment in time.

Hagstrom could throw in a bit more features into Deluxe Left Handed but this guitar is definitely a usable musical instrument. Whether it's the price cut, or Hagstrom felt that simplicity is a good way to go, Deluxe Left Handed is built with a limited set of features, so one needs see if it fits the need. Not the best equipped instrument, but Deluxe Left Handed will do well for some musicians.

Tone delivered by Hagstrom's Deluxe Left Handed makes it a serious sounding instrument that gives Hagstrom a lot of reasons to be proud of it. Somewhat limited when playing certain music styles doesn't mean that Deluxe Left Handed will make your tone to sound poor, quite the opposite, because Deluxe Left Handed provides rich and versatile tone that you'll be happy with.

You could find a better fitted guitar, but Deluxe Left Handed is ready to be played by any musician willing to take time and adjust it to his/her needs. Hagstrom built a guitar that has nice finish but it lacks something that would make it feel even better. Guitar stays in tune reasonably well, if you don't force it too much, and the Deluxe Left Handed's neck is playable.

Some might say that Hagstrom didn't go all the way in providing a reliable and durable instrument, but Deluxe Left Handed isn't that bad. It will serve you well most of times, though you should be wary and have backups in situations where you feel Deluxe Left Handed might let you down, such as gigs and studio sessions.
