You could find a better fitted guitar, but Deluxe Left Handed is ready to be played by any musician willing to take time and adjust it to his/her needs. Hagstrom built a guitar that has nice finish but it lack something that would make it feel even better. Guitar stays in tune reasonably well, if you don't force it too much, and the Deluxe Left Handed's neck is playable.
