Following review text is verbal representation of numerical rating information:
Gibson is a company that you can count on and be sure that they know their job, and that's building great instruments. Another model from Gibson named Faded Flying V outperforms and outranks sound-wise many other models in its price range. It's well worth the price.
Gibson went really far in carefully choosing Faded Flying V's features. There's little to be wished for, which makes Faded Flying V a full-featured guitar for a musician that plays a music style this instrument is primarily built for. If you decide to go for Gibson's Faded Flying V you will be happy with its, safe to say - rich features. A job well-done by Faded Flying V.
Tone delivered by Gibson's Faded Flying V makes it a serious sounding instrument that gives Gibson a lot of reasons to be proud of it. Somewhat limited when playing certain music styles doesn't mean that Faded Flying V will make your tone to sound poor, quite the opposite, because Faded Flying V provides rich and versatile tone that you'll be happy with.
Gibson did a good job. Faded Flying V is built well, the finish feels just right, the hardware is solid. While playing for a longer periods of time you can expect Faded Flying V to stay in tune and you will be pleased while playing, because the neck is extremely comfortable. You might find that over time metal parts will oxidize a bit, but that's normal and nothing to worry about. Gibson did a really good job with Faded Flying V guitar.
Playing live, Faded Flying V will perform well and will not let you down. It is fairly reliable instrument both in studio and on stage, and will be a long term companion, as it is built to last. Gibson has made a solid instrument that you will be happy with, and can depend on right from the start. Needs no backup as it has proven to be built really well.
