Gibson Custom's Les Paul Custom Plain Top is fairly good guitar. Not a brilliant one, but Les Paul Custom Plain Top will serve you until you decide it's time to go for a bit more expensive guitar. You will not go wrong if you go ahead with Les Paul Custom Plain Top.

Some say that the average is golden, and maybe that is true for Gibson Custom's Les Paul Custom Plain Top as well. There are musicians who would like to see more features on Les Paul Custom Plain Top, but Gibson Custom felt that Les Paul Custom Plain Top provides enough features for a given price and the market that Gibson Custom aims for. Perhaps there are better equipped guitars then this one, but Les Paul Custom Plain Top will deliver what it's built for.

If you try playing Les Paul Custom Plain Top after an average guitar, it becomes obvious that this Gibson Custom deserves to be proud of making it sound so beautifully. It delivers great tone when plugged in to most amps and, versatile as it is, it will allow you to find your own tone that you will be proud of as well. Gibson Custom's Les Paul Custom Plain Top is surely a world class sounding instrument.

Though it could be better, action of Gibson Custom's Les Paul Custom Plain Top is not that bad at all. It may go out of tune when mistreated, but it's easily tuned back in no time. You won't be let down while playing Les Paul Custom Plain Top's neck. Guitar does feel a bit cheaper, but it will last you a long time, if you handle it with care that each instrument should be getting anyhow.

Some might say that Gibson Custom didn't go all the way in providing a reliable and durable instrument, but Les Paul Custom Plain Top isn't that bad.
