Not a very good choice, Gibson Custom didn't hit the target with 1958 Korina Flying V. A lots of features missing or not done the way most musicians would like, and the price is not attracting people to buy this guitar either.

A lot of people would like to see more features in Gibson Custom's 1958 Korina Flying V as is on a lower level features-wise, when compared to other guitars. Some musicians are disappointed with features that 1958 Korina Flying V provides, but not everybody feels that way. Overall feeling is that Gibson Custom could have thrown in a bit more in this guitar and made it more versatile.

You can plug this baby into a toaster and, God knows, maybe it would sound as great as it does with any other amp. Seriously, Gibson Custom made a 1958 Korina Flying V, a terrific sounding instrument that deserves all the praise it can get. There is simply no need to change any stock-provided parts built into this axe, as it sounds professional all the way. Gibson Custom's 1958 Korina Flying V is a flawlessly sounding instrument.

It seems that Gibson Custom didn't put in too much effort into producing a guitar like 1958 Korina Flying V. Finish feels a bit cheap if you look closely, and the instrument did not look very promising while held and played. As with any other guitar, you have to take some time to get used to it, and it may seem that that period of getting yourself comfortable with new instrument is a bit longer with 1958 Korina Flying V.

Gibson Custom's 1958 Korina Flying V is not a guitar you would want to play during a live show. If you own a 1958 Korina Flying V and want to perform, it's better to borrow another guitar and have yours as a replacement. It's a guitar with its limits and that's something you should be aware of before you depend on it.
