A bit more features for the price asked is what most musicians would like to see from Dean's Black Gold Z Flame Maple. Whether it's the quality of craftsmanship, or the price, musicians don't seem to like what Dean offered with Black Gold Z Flame Maple.

Some say that the average is golden, and maybe that is true for Dean's Black Gold Z Flame Maple as well. There are musicians who would like to see more features on Black Gold Z Flame Maple, but Dean felt that Black Gold Z Flame Maple provides enough features for a given price and the market that Dean aims for. Perhaps there are better equipped guitars then this one, but Black Gold Z Flame Maple will deliver what it's built for.

Though it could be better, action of Dean's Black Gold Z Flame Maple is not that bad at all. It may go out of tune when mistreated, but it's easily tuned back in no time. You won't be let down while playing Black Gold Z Flame Maple's neck. Guitar does feel a bit cheaper, but it will last you a long time, if you handle it with care that each instrument should be getting anyhow.

Some might say that Dean didn't go all the way in providing a reliable and durable instrument, but Black Gold Z Flame Maple isn't that bad.
