Sonus RTK5 is one of three RT models in the Sonus series in Zon catalog. RT is one of several series included into the big and wide Sonus range. Classic, Studio, Custom and JT are just some of them. RTK5 is one of two five-stringed models in the RT sub-line and it is a solid, double-cut bass with body made of plain maple back and flamed maple top. This combination is fairly popular throughout the market and fans of bright, piercing bass tone love it. On the top of the body of this great five-stringer, Zon installs a pair of active single-coil pickups with a simple controls unit and a five-saddled bridge with chrome plating. Neck is bolted to the body and it`s topped with a phenolic fingerboard.
