Sonus 5/1 is one of the basic models in the famous Sonus series. This is a line of electric basses dedicated to advanced amateur and professional players. Even the basic models of this line can be used on high profile concerts and combined with professional equipment. Sonus 5/1 is one of the best examples of Zon`s masterful blend of simplicity and quality. This one comes with a modern double-cut body made of alder back and maple top (as all basic Sonus models it has a flat body). Neck is also made of maple (it is attached to the body with a standard bolt-on neck joint). Sonus 5/1 is fit with a lone humbucker in the bridge position. Maple neck is fast and slim and topped with a standard 24-fret phenolic fingerboard.
