Corvette $$ is one of the most popular types of electric basses in Warwick catalog. This concept was introduced in order to satisfy the players of the standard Corvette models who wanted more power on their beloved four, five and six-stringers. The answer came in the shape of two over-sized humbucking pickups with enough tectonic potential to cause the new division of the continents. Corvette $$ LTD 2009 4 was one of the finest examples of these claims. It was a solid, double-cut bass guitar with body made of ash base and olive top. On the top, this magnificent four-stringer featured the standard two-piece bridge and a pair of above-mentioned earth shakers. Neck on this one was made of mahogany and maple and it was topped with a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard.
