Vintage Modified Precision Bass PJ is one of several Precision Bass models introduced into the series for the summer of 2013. Ths series is one of the main lines of the Squier catalog, as it offers affordable guitars and basses with a clever mix of vintage and modern features. All of the models represented in both the bass and guitar parts of this series are based on the Fender`s models with classic looks and tone. Vintage Modified Precision Bass PJ is one of the novelties. It comes with a solid and double-cu agathis body. It is paired with a standard maple neck. They`re connected via the bolt-on joint. Body of this P bass is flat on top and it features vintage-styled decorations. Also, it is offered in three color options: 3 Color Sunburst, Candy Apple Red and Lake Placid Blue. All three sport the polyurethane finish and chrome hardware. High mass bridge has four adjustable saddles and it`s fronted with a pair of passive pickups. Bridge position has the J pickup, while the middle position has a standard P pickup. Maple neck has the standard modern C contour and it`s topped with a 20-fret rosewood fingerboard. The MSRP for this model is set at $499.99.
