Doug Wimbish is an accomplished bass player who has worked with many icons and legends of rock, metal and hip-hop scenes. He is also one of the most versatile and most skilled bass players out there. Besides the Living Color, his permanent band, Doug has worked with hundreds of other artists across the globe. Some of them include Joe Satriani, Tarja Turunen, Depeche Mode, Jeff Beck, Mick Jagger, etc. He mostly plays Spector basses and NS2 Doug Wimbish model is his signature. It comes with a solid, double-cut body made of maple back and quilt maple top. On the top,it features a standard four-saddled hardtail bridge and a pair of active pickups in the classic J/P arrangement. Neck is topped with a standard 24-fret pao ferro fingerboard.
