Aged Natural Satin
Session series is a brand new line of stripped down basses introduced for 2014. It concentrates on simple design and very powerful and versatile electronics. Riot 4 is one of the four models found in the initial lineup of the Session series. It rocks a solid and double-cut body made of swamp ash. There is no top cover, nor Schecter applies heavy paint on the Session models. All, including the Riot 4, are offered only in Aged natural Satin - natural color of the wood finished in a thin layer of satin lacquer. This frees the full potential of the carved top swamp ash body and sturdy maple neck. Bridge installed on the Riot 4 model is a hardtail with four saddles. Both the top-load and string-through options are available. Active EMG humbuckers come with a master volume, pickup balance knob and a three-band equalizer. Maple neck rocks the classic C contour in the back. On it`s top, there`s a maple fingerboard with extra jumbo frets, offset block inlays and a 1.496" wide TUSQ nut. 34" scale, 12" radius and a set of four die-cast Grover tuners complete the list of major specs for this amazing four-stringer. Schecter has set the MSRP at very affordable $599.
