LX200B Series II is a solid and double-cut four-stringer with a bolt-on neck construction and a standard 34" scale. Body of this model is made of basswood in it`s entirety and it`s paired with a maple neck. Basswood/maple combo is the most standard one in Rogue catalog, claiming over 50% of the models. It gives a good and versatile tone with a nice balance of basswood`s warmth and maple`s brightness. Also, basswood`s pronounced mids help these basses cut through the mix without much struggle. LX200B Series II is available in a standard set of color options. Four-saddled hardtail bridge and two passive pickups (J/P) are installed on the top. 24-fret fingerboard made of rosewood completes the specs list.

This is a solid bass with an excellent build quality. The bass is great for beginner as well as the professional musician. I wasn't at all familiar with this company or brand but I believe that Rouge should be out there making some noise in the low to midlevel bass guitar market. I've had this bass for some time and haven't come across any problems thus far. I really got more bang for the buck with this Rouge lx200b series ii electric bass guitar!!! It will be my go to for practicing, recording and some gigs. I wouldn't underestimate this bass because of its fairly low price, with the right setup and strings, this bass rocks! 👍

Simply, it's worth a lot more than the low price that it costs! Very well made bass for beginners and pros alike.
