The new 2018 lineup of the SR range features no new models in the Prestige range, with all new SRs being distributed between Ibanez Bass Workshop, SR Premium, and SR Standard series. The new Premium lineup`s refreshed with six new models (three four-stringers, three five-stringers, no six-string models). SR2605E is the new flagship tier`s only five-string option. It is available in Cerulean Blue Burst (w/gloss finish, gold-plated hardware, black plastics, matching headstock). Core construction features include a solid and double-cut SR body (mahogany base, poplar burl top, natural binding), a 15-piece neck (made of panga panga, maple, padauk, purpleheart, and walnut), a 24-fret panga panga fingerboard (1.89" nut, 34" scale, 12" radius), a Monorail bridge, Nordstrand Big Single pickups, and die-cast tuners.
