Gerald Veasley is one of the veterans of the American RnB and Jazz scene. His playing prowess has gained him quite a reputation among his colleagues and raised him to the status of one of the most desired and sought after studio musicians. His signature series is made by Ibanez Guitars and it currently contains two models. GVB1006 is a modern and well equipped bass. This six-stringer comes with a standard 34" scale, solid body, neck-through-body construction and elaborate electronics. Body of this model is made of alder back and figured maple top. The central part of the body is an extension of the neck. Monorail bridge has six independent saddles and is fronted with two soapbar pickups. Wenge and maple neck is topped with a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard.
