Hagstrom is one of the biggest European guitar brands, along with Hohner, Hofner, and several others. It hails from Sweden and is Scandinavia`s biggest manufacturer. The electric bass lineup, though not as big as electric guitar lineup, is a force to be reckoned with (especially in the middle class). H8-II Bass is the only currently available RetroScape series` electric bass. It comes with a solid and double-cut body, bolt-on neck construction, and Hagstrom pickups with an elaborate system of controls and switches. Main tonewood and hardware features include an all-mahogany body, hard Canadian maple neck w/C profile, 21-fret fingerboard made of Resinator (30.75" scale, oval inlays, Tusq string nut), string-thru hardtail bridge, and Hagstrom tuners. Wild Cherry Transparent, Black, and Tobacco Sunburst are available color options.
