Mike Dirnt and Green Day don`t need much of an introduction. These vital and youthful punk rock heroes have been around for more than 20 years and Mike has been one of the essential members since the band`s inception. Mike`s Precision Bass signature model features vintage styling, as well as vintage tone. This solid and double-cut four-stringer is made of ash and is fit with retro 1951 Precision Bass styling. The old pickguard, which was modified from the Telecaster model, is present on this model. Bridge section is fit with a vintage four-saddled hardtail bridge with chrome plating. Middle-positioned P-pickup is the only one on this model. Neck is made of maple and it features the vintage C contour in the back. It`s topped with a 20-fret rosewood fingerboard.
