Limited Edition Relic La Cabronita Boracho Bass is the bigger brother of La Cabronita Boracha Jazzmaster model. They have similar body shapes, though the Boracho is quite larger, for it is a full-sized bass. And it is the only one in this limited edition series by Fender Custom Shop. It comes with black colored body which is finished in nitrocellulose gloss. This is complemented with aged hardware. Boracho`s body is made of lightweight ash which is hand selected. Custom Shop luthiers take great care to ensure only the best pieces of wood are made into Fender Customs. There are no top woods or bindings installed on this model. Bridge is a vintage styled high mass bridge with four saddles. There is only one pickup, it is a TV Jones Thunderblade and it is controlled through master volume and Greasebucket tone knob. Neck on this model is made of a single piece of quartersawn maple and it features a custom U contour with nitrocellulose lacquer finish. Fingerboard installed on top of this neck is made of maple and it comes with 20 medium jumbo frets, black dot inlays, 7.25" radius and 1.50" wide string nut. The MSRP for Limited Edition Relic La Cabronita Boracho Bass is set at $6,000.
