LTD`s Vintage Bass series is dedicated to the production of vintage-styled four-strings based on the classic Precision Bass concept. 214 Ash Rosewood is one of three 214 models in the Vintage series lineup. It comes with a swamp ash body with a flat top (the original body wood used on a vast majority of early `50s Fender guitars and basses) and bolt-on maple neck with modern U profile in the back. 21-fret rosewood fingerboard is featured on top of the neck, bringing 1.65" molded nut and clay dot inlays. Due to the tier limitations (200 is one of the lower LTD tiers with restricted hardware and electronics access), 214 Ash Rosewood features ESP Designed J/P pickups (passive, of course) and LTD hardware (hardtail bridge and vintage tuners).
