TA 200 is the entry model into the Tom Araya signature series. It comes with a modern design, modern tone and affordable price. This one starts off with a solid an double-cut body made of basswood (basswood is the substitute tone wood ESP uses for entry level signature models), instead of alder. Modern design of the body features beveled edges and pronounced cutaway horns. Instead of a neck-through-body joint, TA 200 comes with a more affordable bolt-on joint. Bridge on the top is equipped with four adjustable saddles and is fronted with two humbucking pickups. A standard set of volume and tone knobs is installed along with the pickups. Neck is made of maple and it features the series standard contour in the back. It`s topped with a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard.
