F105 is the most affordable five-stringed bass in the entire F series. It is the opening model for all the bass players out there who want to experiment with the extra string, but are not ready yet to buy a professional instrument. F 105 is a solid and double-cut bass guitar with a super modern design and a rather simple construction. Entire body is made of basswood, while the bolted neck is made of maple. On top of the beveled body, ESP installs a five-saddled hardtail bridge and a pair of active humbucking pickups with a standard set of controls (two volume knobs plus two tone knobs). Maple neck is fit with a standard U contour in the back and a regular 24-fret rosewood fingerboard on the top.
