Dingwall Guitars are a small brand from Canada, which concentrates around the boutique type of instruments. There are numerous options offered by the manufacturer and it`s buyer`s choice that determines the final specs list. Prima Artist with four strings comes with a double cutaway body made of walnut and alder. Some of the top options include flamed maple, quilted maple and bubinga. Bridge is a monorail with four saddles. Pickups are two single coils with passive/active electronics and controls. The neck on this model, as well as every Dingwall bass is made of several laminates of wood. Maple, walnut, bubinga, wenge and many other wood options are available. Standard fingerboard on Prima Artist is made of Ziricote, though numerous options are available. Fanned fretted and fretless options are available.
