Rhapsody series is made for the players who like to add more nuance to their tone, for the players like the sophisticated multi-voice tone. As opposed to the Rhapsody 12 which has twelve strings, Rhapsody 8 has eight. String configuration is 4+4, based on the standard EADG tuning.Rhapsody 8 Bubinga comes with a solid and beveled body with a bolt-on neck. Mahogany base and the beveled bubinga cap comprise the body. On the top, there are two EMG HZ pickups (passive) with a series standard controls unit (two volume knobs and a three-band EQ), and a two-piece bridge unit with top-load construction. Maple neck is fit with a popular C profile in the back and a 24-fret fingerboard made of rosewood on top.
