John Entwistle Electric Bass Guitars by Dean
Classic Black
John Entwistle signature series has been updated for 2013 with one new model. It is a five-string bass guitar with vintage styling and modern tone. It comes with a single-cut Firebird-like body made of alder. It is flat on the top and features no binding around the edges. Also, there is no top wood cover. Simple Classic Black is the only color option available for this model. It is finished in high gloss. Neck on this model is made of maple and it`s equipped with C contour in the back. It is bolted to the body and finished in gloss. On it`s top Dean installs a 22-fret fingerboard made of maple. It is equipped with black dot position markers. Pickups on John Entwistle Hybrid 5-String are made by EMG. They`re installed in H/H configuration and feature passive electronics. Bridge section is equipped with a hardtail bridge with five saddles. It`s black and sports string-through construction. Set of five die-cast tuners is installed on the headstock.
