Vintage Natural
Edge range is Dean`s main electric guitar line. It offers beginner, lower intermediate and intermediate class basses, with sporadic upper-intermediate models popping up from time to time. Seven-piece line of Edge series updates introduced at 2017 NAMM also includes the stripped-down Edge 2.
Edge 2 is there for both the beginners and seasoned players, offering bare bones construction and huge tone. Lightweight basswood body is flat on top, offset and without binding. Vintage Natural (with satin finish and black hardware) is the only color options. C-shaped maple neck (with bolt-on joint in the back and 24-fret rosewood fingerboard on top) offers playability of a significantly costlier instrument.
Major hardware and electronics features include a four-saddled hardtail bridge, two DMT Design humbuckers and die-cast tuning machines.
