Dead on 58 Longhorn Bass is among the weirdest and best looking electric basses of all time. It`s instantly recognizable, it`s odd, it`s beautiful and plays wonderfully. Danelectro`s legendary 58 Longhorn is coming back and is stronger than ever. It comes with a solid and double-cut body with a flat top, nickel hardware and a see-through pickguard. Danelectro offers this one in Copper Burst, the color it was available in back in the 1950s. It is finished in gloss (both the body and the back of the neck). On top of the body, there is a wrap-around bridge, as well as a pair of lipstick single-coil pickups. Neck is made of maple and it`s bolted to the body. It`s topped with a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard.
