B Plus segment of the Artisan range deals with affordable electric basses. All of the models feature bolt-on necks, inexpensive tonewoods, Bartolini pickups, 24-fret fingerboards, 34" scales and open pore finishes. B4 Plus MH is a double-cut bass guitar with a solid, flat-top body made entirely of mahogany. There`s no top veneer, nor a pickguard covering the body. The neck is made of five pieces of wenge and rosewood and features the standard slim profile in the back. 24-fret fingerboard on its top is made of rosewood. It comes with offset dot inlays and commendable fretwork. Bartolini`s MK-1 soapbar pickups are paired with a matching Bartolini MK-1 EQ (bass, mid, treble). Master volume, balance and passive/active switch complete the controls unit. EB12 bridge and Hipshot Ultralight tuners comprise the hardware section.
