MLB1 DH and MLB1 FF DH are the first two signature bass models made by Chapman Guitars. They`re made for Dave Hollingworth, Dorje/Toska bass player. MLB1 DH is a conventional four-string fare, made to compete in the upper intermediate class of the market. Some of the main features include a solid MLB1 double-cut body, through-body neck, standard 34" scale, a yet undisclosed pair of single-coil pickups, a 24-fret fingerboard, and modern styling. The color palette is restricted to Quicksand, w/black hardware, black plastic parts, satin finish. Chapman Guitars site does not feature pricing info on this model. Other notable features include ovangkol body wings, mapa burl top, 5-piece ovangkol/wenge neck, 24-fret wenge fingerboard, Chapman Monorail bridge, and Wilkinson tuners.
