B.C. Rich offers the legendary Mockingbird in 24-5/8", 25-1/2", 34" and 35" scale versions. The longest two are, of course, reserved for the Mockingbird bass series. The series currently contains three models, two four-stringed and one five-stringed variant. Mockingbird Plus Bass is a solid and double-cut bass guitar with beveled body and bolt-on neck. The body is made of mahogany base with a gorgeous burl maple top, while the C-shaped neck rocks a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard on top. Ghost Black (natural maple burl grain) with gloss finish and black hardware is the only color option available. A pair of BDSM P pickups occupies the bridge and middle positions (no neck pickup), promising a full-on metal tone. hardtail bridge and B.C. Rich tuners complete this four-string marvel.
