SWB series in Aria`s bass side of the catalog is in charge of the upright bass models. With the current rise in their popularity, it is safe to say that Aria will soon expand this unusual series. One of three current models in this series is the SWB-Lite-One. It is a sibling model to the popular SWB-Lite-BIS model. The SWB-Lite-One comes with a solid body made of alder (as opposed to BIS model`s mahogany body) and it is paired with a bolt-on maple neck (this feature is the same for both models). Electronics department on this upright four-stringer is fit with a concealed piezo pickup. One-piece maple neck sports a comfortable contour in the back and a standard fretless rosewood fingerboard on the top.
