For over a century nylon guitars have been produced with the same shape and equipped with 19 frets on the flat-radius fingerboard. Construction solutions and materials used play huge role in guitar`s playability, tone and quality. CGS102A is a 1/2 sized classical guitar with non cutaway design. Nato wood back and sides are complemented with spruce top. In the bridge section Yamaha installs a standard shaped bridge made of rosewood. Neck on this model is made of nato wood and it is topped with a 19-fret fingerboard made of rosewood.
