TransAcosutic Series offers a new, fresh take on the well-known steel-string acoustic guitar. Yamaha`s hallmark top-level craftsmanship, conservative design, and playability are accompanied by TransAcoustic electronics (built-in preamp with effects which needs no external amplification or effects). LL-TA is one of four currently available models. It comes with a non-cutaway dreadnought body (dubbed Traditional Western body design by Yamaha), standard 14th fret neck joint (dovetail, glued-in), Yamaha`s SYSTEM70 electronics, and sturdy hardware. LL-TA is available in Natural, Brown Sunburst, and Vintage Tint options. All feature gold-plated hardware, maple/black binding, and vintage soundhole rosettes. The MSRP for all three options is set at $1,600.00. Other notable features include solid rosewood back/sides, solid Engelmann spruce top, 5-ply mahogany/rosewood neck, 20-fret ebony fingerboard, ebony bridge, and die-cast tuners.
